Author name: John Monyjok Maluth

Hey, I’m John I was born in South Sudan, the youngest son of Maluth and Nyareth. All of my siblings passed away—many from natural causes, and one in the 1989 Nasir battle fighting for the liberation of our land. Growing up in the shadow of war and loss, I learned resilience from my parents. My mother taught survival through simple acts, like purifying water with moringa seeds, and my father modeled integrity, keeping his word even in hardship. War forced me into refugee camps, where I was often labeled simply “refugee.” But even there, I discovered my story mattered. I began writing—one broken page at a time—until those pages became books. Today, I am an author of 100 books, a teacher, and a voice for meaning in life. My story is not just about survival—it is about transformation.
