What Do We Mean By The World News?

This is simply the news about the world, the physical world and its events, not about God or His kingdom. These are the worst kinds of report you can ever imagine. They are very right and clear when they call them breaking news or something of that nature. This is because whatever makes it to the newspaper or TV screen is not the original content. It’s a copy of the copy of many copies. Fake!

The stories might be true, but by the time they reach to their final destination, they have been altered a countless times, making them the worst kind of report ever produced. I learned this fact through experience. I have been working with one of the media houses in Juba. I know exactly what I am talking about in this article.

Think about it this way. If I tell you something and you have to tell the same thing to the next person from your end, and there are 100 people in a circle, do you think the news will come back to be in the same original form? If the answer to this simple question is no, that’s exactly what happens with the news you read on media.

The alteration may be done intentionally or unintentionally, but the fact is the news is never going to be the same. A lot of changes must happen along the way before the final destination is reached. This is true. This is a fact, not fiction. Yet, people think what they are consuming is good stuff? That’s the mistake.

Do you now see what we mean when we say this is world news? It’s that heartbreaking news, exaggerated as much as possible. In most cases, even international media houses such as the BBC can’t be trusted because they are not neutral as they might claim they are. I have witnessed news coverage on video when at the end the whole thing was a white lie. From that day onward, I can’t take everything I hear, read and watch as fact because people use technology to make things look real when they are not.

How Do We Know About The World News?

We are able to discern that what we are reading about is likely to be a wrong version of the actual story. For example, what do you think was a connection between World Cup 2022 in Qatar with the Arab culture? What’s the connection between those events with individual lives such as the LGBT-Q community? Is there any connection at all?

During the Ukraine war with Russia, have you ever heard anything wrong or blame on the Ukraine side? Is that fair? Is that neutral? Is that natural? Do you believe nothing wrong Ukrainian soldiers did during the war? Just use your own common sense and you will know that the news you are consuming is one-sided and interest-based.

Therefore, the world news is always on interest. Someone uses the media to send a desired message. That’s what it is. Again, think about the COVID-19. When the Ukraine war started, have you ever heard anything about COVID-19? What happened to it? Was it already eradicated? The answer of course was that something bigger and much more news-worthy was at hand, something to scar the innocent about.

That’s what world news is all about—to scar the foolish majority—for a certain purpose. The virus was real and dangerous, however, the news of it was even lethal than the virus itself. If you think I am lying as natural science about human psychology and how it affects humans. Fear of death itself is worse than the virus. Many people died of normal flu thinking it was the dreaded virus!

That’s how we know it is world news, not good news. Its purpose is to cause trouble and fear to those who hear it. If you feed on it for a long time, you will become world news yourself. You will never live in peace in this world.

You will live in fear. You will always be sick mentally and physically. Therefore, world news is a junk. You can’t feed on it and expect to be healthy. You become what you eat, mentally.

Is It Important To Know The World News?

If you want to stay healthy and peaceful on earth, you must know the main differences between the world news and good news. There is only one good news—the Gospel. A lot of good things are happening in your city, but you will rarely see them on the newspaper or online. This is because the very definition of world news is something new and very unusual. If you talk about the 20 new conversions into Christianity, that won’t make news. This is because it’s either seen as obvious or as no news. However, not all news headlines are based on negativity, yet, you will find out that about 98% of it is either false or unconfirmed. That’s alarming, isn’t it?

This is partly true because people want to hear bad news whether they know about it or not. This is why because people are natural. Spiritual men and women won’t be glad to hear bad news all the time. They know what is true and what isn’t even if no one told them. This is because their source of knowledge is supernatural, not natural.

That’s how important it is for us to know how destructive the world news is to us. We have to listen to it, but we don’t have to live by it because its message is not based on realities. Reality only comes from the Creator of the world. God’s Word is the truth, nothing else. We better believe in God’s report, not world report.

It’s good to be alert, but don’t forget the Holy Spirit has all the information you need about life. Things might be happening around you, but must you know about all of those events? Some of us don’t mind even if it’s about the death of a loved one, because we simply know this is not news. It’s very common and obvious for someone to die.

There is nothing new in death. We all know we will die but we have no idea when, where, and how. When the time comes, we should celebrate instead, if at all we believe these people are still alive, but in another form, or another world. If the person is a Christian, if he or she is born again, we should celebrate their deaths, just as we celebrate their births.

This is a very strange teaching, and I know it is. But this is my level of faith. There are four known levels of faith. The first one is called saving faith where we relate with God as a Savior.

The second level is working faith where we do everything God says because He is our Lord. The third level is friendship faith because God is our friend. The final fourth level is known as the oneness faith because we become one with the Father.
